Policies
The TIMARA Gear Depot is only available to TIMARA Majors/Minors and students currently enrolled in TIMARA courses or secondary lessons.
Majors and minors who have successfully completed the self checkout training and quiz may use this site to check out gear directly from the depot themselves.
All others should create a reservation and come to pickup your items during depot hours.
All members are responsible for returning equipment on time and and in good working condition. TIMARA reserves the right to charge your student account to replace any items that have gone missing or deemed broken by improper use or mishandling.
Reservation Process
Search or browse for items on this site and add them to your cart with your preferred pickup time and return time.
For bulk items like cables be sure to enter a quantity value as needed.
Checkout
When you come to the depot to pickup your equipment the staff will officially checkout your cart and your loan will begin.
If you are doing a self-checkout please follow through the page to make sure you have checked everything out and received a verification email.
If you selected the Pickup Locker Service Item you should have received an email with instructions.
Return / Equipment Check-In
Items may be returned in person during open depot hours
You may also use one of the return lockers if available (B1, B2 in the stairwell), please check-in the items on this site and mark their location in the return locker.
For self-return you will need to check-in the items and mark ther location as in the Return Bin or Reshelved so staff can find them accordingly, if you don't know where something belongs please use the return bins only.
